Due to the intimate nature of our products, returning a product is not possible. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 30 days of your invoice date to receive a duplicate item. Sorry, no merchandise credit can be issued.

TO EXCHANGE A DEFECTIVE ITEM

Contact us via email to receive a return shipping label. Please include your order number in the subject line of the email. Please make sure you include the product and all batteries and/or accessories that came with your product when returning the defective item. Returns will not be accepted if all accessories are not included. Be sure to include a copy of your original invoice and circle the listing of the product that is defective.
